This week's community partner is CHRISTUS Mother Frances for Dinner Bell.
Dinner Bell at the First United Methodist Church, 301 Church St. in Sulphur Springs, continues to distribute meals under the covered driveway (porte cochere) at the northeast corner of the church campus. Meals will be ready for drive through pick up after 11 a.m. every Wednesday.
The menu for Wednesday, July 1 is:
- Shepherd's pie
- Okra and tomatoes (recipe is from a family friend in Houston)
- Garden salad
- Buttered French bread slices
- Peach cobbler crisp
Dinner asks that people wear masks in public, wash their hands often and stay 6 feet from others.
