Public Werks, Inc. announces the acquisition of Blacklands Railroad, a Sulphur Springs, Texas based short line railroad. The acquisition combines Blacklands Railroad’s management experience with the infrastructure investment capabilities of Public Werks. Our rail road infrastructure platform is looking to add to its portfolio and leverage the experience and relationships of Blacklands Railroad for futureexpansion and acquisition of railroads and related infrastructure projects.
